Tile warrantees the product to be free from manufacturing defects. This non-transferable warranty is only for the first end user. Product warranty claim will be processed only if the Customer provides valid proof of purchase VAT/GST Invoice.
Tile Hardware Limited Warranty
Tile warrants that your Tile hardware product (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Brand Eyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or This Warranty does not apply to (w) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (x) where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; (y) where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; or (z) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Brand Eyes Distributors Pvt Ltd, Noida must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period and return the defective Device together with proof of purchase to Brandeyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd., Noida. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to Brandeyes Distributors Service Centre. By sending the Device, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Brandeyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd. Brandeyes may not return the original Device to Consumer. Tile warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Brand Eyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd. shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. Any product returned to Brandeyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd. without a valid warranty claim form or Invoice may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of by Brand Eyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion.
The replacement of the product will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Product shall be entertained under warranty provided the original Purchase Invoice is presented by the Customer.
- The product should have been purchased from authorized dealer/retailer. The invoice should have Product code/ Date of purchase/VAT/GST/Seller details/Purchase value. Warranty shall be declined if the invoice does not contain above mentioned details.
- Any tampering of invoice will result in outright rejection of any claim under warranty.
- Warranty shall be void if the product has been opened or attended at any unauthorized service center.
- This warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water/moisture, exposure to caustic substances, fire, improper ventilation, dropping, mishandling or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Tile’s control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
- The terms of warranty contained herein shall prevail to the extent any part thereof is not inconsistent with applicable Indian Laws. Any provision in respect of warranty inconsistent with any applicable law would stand excluded from the warranty terms and such inconsistency would not negate other provisions/terms and conditions of warranty.Tile or its Distributor shall not be responsible for any breach of contract or infringement of any provision of law by the dealer/retailer.
- Brandeyes is not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we advise exercise of caution by the Customer in choosing the right courier and for obtaining correct tracking number when shipping any package.
- The product send to Brandeyes becomes the possession of Brandeyes and will not be returned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please allow us at least 14 working days for successful completion of your warranty claim (depending upon stock availability).
If a replacement for the defective product is not in stock, Brandeyes reserves the right to replace the defective product with a similar product of approximately the same value (the same value mentioned in the VAT/GST invoice receipt/ paid value).
Tile regularly changes the models, colorways, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any Product.
Brandeyes will be responsible for shipping the product to the Customer after replacement only. The Customer is responsible for all shipping / handling charges related to sending the product to authorized service center. Products must be shipped in their original packaging or otherwise suitably protected to avoid damage during shipping. Brandeyes will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. Brandeyes will only be responsible for packages that are verified as having been received into its warehouse via a shipment tracking number provided by the Customer’s shipping agency.
Replacement under warranty claim is under the sole discretion of Brandeyes and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty claim to become void.
Brandeyes does not assume any liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages under this limited warranty.
