Amlan Bhattacharjya

Founder & CEO

Amlan has 25 years of marketing, strategy, product management and consulting experience as an entrepreneur and with organizations such as Arthur Andersen. He founded Brandeyes in 2008 with a clear goal to deliver to the Indian consumers the latest trends in consumer electronics and become a leading digital lifestyle distribution company in India. Amlan is also the founder of MB, a successful business process outsourcing company with operations in the USA and India. From 2000 to 2004, Amlan was the Chief Operating Officer of Netwala Technologies India Ltd. Amlan began his professional career with Arthur Andersen where he spent in excess of seven years in the areas of process consulting.

Rajeshwar Pramod

Chief Operating Officer

Rajeshwar spear heads the Company’s day-to-day operations, business development and execution of strategies. Prior to Brandeyes, Rajeshwar was General Manager with the Jaypee Group. He carries with him 30 years of multifaceted experience in large organizations including the Indian Army handling HR, Training, Operations, Supply Chain Management and Administration. His professional qualification include MBA from MDI Gurgaon, SCM and Retail Management from IIT Delhi and Six Sigma Green Belt from ISI Delhi.

Subrahmanya Bhattacharya

General Manager – Facilities & Human Resources

Subrahmanya is responsible for human resource management, training and facility management including warehousing at Brandeyes. Prior to this, he had successful stints with companies such as HCL, NELCO (TATA Group) and TULIP. Having started his career in 1983, he has years of experience in operations, man management and organization support functions. Some of the core responsibilities discharged by him in his previous roles included man management and warehouse/logistics supervision. Subrahmanya is a graduate of St.Xaviers College, Calcutta University.

Amit Gupta

General Manager – Planning & Operations

Amit has been with Brandeyes since inception. Over the years, he has been responsible for various functions in operations management and finance in the Company. Amit currently heads the operations and finance function overseeing logistics, supply chain, inventory management and accounting. He holds a MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute and graduated from Delhi University.

Gaurav Ahuja

General Manager – Marketing & Business Development

With more than 20 years of experience in Business operations and an established track record in Business Development and Operations Management, Gaurav leads development of new accounts and prospects at Brandeyes. Prior to this, he had successful stints with leading consumer facing companies such as Biglife , MyDollarStore and McDonald’s. Gaurav holds an MBA degree from IGNOU and completed his graduation from Delhi University.

Ujjwal Naramdeo

General Manager -Modern Trade & Key Accounts

Ujjwal Naramdeo has over 22 years of experience in the consumer product industry in managerial roles encompassing Business Development, managing Key Accounts and Sales Management. Having worked with renowned corporations such as RCI, Kodak and Mahindra Logistics, he has had extensive exposure to diverse technologies and environments. He also holds an MBA from University of Indore. Currently, he operates from the Mumbai office and heads the functions of organized retail, key accounts management and B2B account development.

Lok Shawand

Assistant General Manager - Finance

Lok is responsible for the Finance/Accounts and Audit/Financial Compliances functions at Brandeyes. He has been with Company for more than 4 years. Prior to Brandeyes, Lok served in various capacities in the Finance and Accounts divisions of leading companies such as Pepsi, Era Group etc. Lok holds an MBA in Finance from IMI, New Delhi

Sagar Chattarjee

Assistant General Manager Marketing

Sagar Chatterjee leads the marketing team at Brandeyes and is responsible for planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, chanel marketing and digital marketing initiatives. He has more than 6 years’ experience in Marketing including product marketing and market research. He holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Bachelors in engineering with a major in Computer Science
